Meant mushrooms are sautéed with shallots,wine and parsley and served with homemade tagliatelle pasta. NiceTuscan style fried chicken, often used to coat artichoke hearts after which they are fried and served alongside the chicken. Chicken in garlic, lemon juice and olive oil, not bad!
