Good coffee, bad service and atmosphere

I ordered an espresso tonic. The drink itself was sweet and flavorful. It can provide good value for money, especially with an additional espresso shot for $5. Unfortunately, the service for the drink was confusing: it was unclear when ordering at the counter if and when the drink would be delivered to me at my table -- the drink was delivered to my table, after a long wait, and after a staff member incorrectly instructed me to fetch a drink from the bar. I ordered an espresso tonic. The drink itself was sweet and flavorful. It can provide good value for money, especially with an additional espresso shot for $5. Unfortunately, the service for the drink was confusing: it was unclear when ordering at the counter if and when the drink would be delivered to me at my table -- the drink was delivered to my table, after a long wait, and after a staff member incorrectly instructed me to fetch a drink from the bar. Besides, the air circulation in the restaurant is poor to non-existent. I felt as if I were choking on carbon dioxide fumes and I had to step outside for fresh air. The business might benefit from installing air purifiers and fans. The toxic air might contribute to the business's poor customer service. For real. I will not return to this coffee shop and for people's health and safety, I do not recommend anyone attempt to order and drink a coffee inside the shop.
