I am always looking to find a truely excellent coffee in Hong Kong.  This one came close, but was not quite enough to knock 18 Grams off its pedestal. The latte was priced at 38 dollars (average for HK) and it was in my hand within three minutes.  Pretty fast!  The pour work was good and the flavour was smooth.  There was no burnt taste and the coffee had an almost amaretto hint to it. Quite nice really.  I recommend Holly Brown if you are looking for a good quick coffee.
