Dose - a cozy and intimate restaurant at Peel Street, Central. The ambience was easily made you to enjoy a meal in a relaxing mood, I would say it was a good "Dose" for you on holiday.Egg Benedict (HK$108/Brunch)This Egg Benedict was served with Potato Croquette, Hollandaise sauce and side salad, with a choice of smoked salmon, Parma ham or spinach for you to choose from. The egg was cooked to a wonderfully runny consistency, and the savoury taste of the ham with the oozing egg yolk and crunchy potato croquette provided a balanced harmony. I particularly liked the potato croquette instead of the usual muffins.
