LUNCH - MAIN COURSE
Homemade Tagliatelle - Wild Boar Ragu
The pasta texture was thick and chewy, it was cooked al dente giving it a really nice texture. There was a generous amount of Ragu cooked within the pasta. The sauce was flavourful and served hot which brought out the sauce aroma.

Hoisin-Glazed Chicken
There was three medium pieced chicken served in Hoisin sauce with potato chips and stemmed broccoli. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking and the chicken was not fresh because it didn’t have much chicken flavour- you can taste it’s frozen chicken. This was a bit disappointing but it wasn’t bad.
