Visited during a weekday at 8:30pm. The place was quite full with a lot of expatriates (75% of customers are not local HK by my observation).

Ordered 3 signature spicy dishes since it was the first time here.

1. Water-boiled beef
2. Ma-bo tofu
3. Spicy 4 seasons bean

I was impressed with the food quality as they did not compromise with the local flavor by lessen the level of spiciness (they were really hot even though I have been known, amongst my friends, for being an expert in spicy food) and the food was good.

I also appreciate the service that night. Unlike other restaurants when watiers usually pay more attention to customers speaking different languages (of which I can never understand the reason behind), they really took care of both my table and other tables with foreign guests.
