Highly recommended by singaporean frenz and had my first try in singapore last year, the place is featured by its nautical ambience, glittering decor with dished served in pan put on the fish-looking pat. Seems like singaporean stuff is invading hong kong these days, and finally come the first Fish & Co. situating in Shatin, nice. The diversity of menu is much retricted and the portion is disappointingly smaller with a higher price though (yet reasonable in this locality). We were served nicely with the manager trainee from sg btw, the dinner would be nice if the oven was ready so we could have its signature dessert. anyway, this's definitely worth going again n again, esp for the french fries manic!!
