Happy Paradise has a fun atmosphere and trendy vibe. The food all tasted superb and the chef really knows how to put traditional flavors together with interesting execution, for example the 'scallop cheung fan' which is essentially pounded down scallop sheets rolled up like the street food classic cheung fan. The char siu and chicken rice were also smooth and deliciously indulgent.  I bit of a warning though, the small plates are really tempting but they are also really really small, while the mains are an medium portion. So I recommend to make sure there are 2 main dishes for 2 people as everything else is fairly bite sized.  Another annoying thing we would was that the service was a bit pretenious and they took over an hour between our small plates and mains, and as mentioned the small plates were only bite sized so were were frustrated and starving and the servers did not seem to care. I also feel that locals would find this food delicious, yet way too expensive for what it is, so recommend this place to go to more for the vibe and a filling family meal type of place. The cocktails are excellent.
