When I'm in Causeway Bay, I never get worried about where to go for a decent meal. Solely Circle Tower contains 20 restaurants and today I visited one of the fusion cuisine restaurants there called Memoir.Lunch set comes with daily soup or salad. We had carrot soup and greens with pomegranate on that day.Added Buffalo Wings for sharing. Coated in sweet and hot buffalo sauce. Slightly tangy and spicy. Grilled Australian Rib-eye Steak 10oz, served with Korean style gravy which is slightly sweeter

Grilled Australian Rib-eye Steak 10oz, served with Korean style gravy which is slightly sweeter than the standard gravy. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Pipping hot crunchy thick fries.
