I've been to this restaurant twice. I was very satisfied after my first visit. This restaurant is quite clean compared to some hotpot restaurants. They offer some pretty unique choices such as truffle mushrooms dumplings and handmade cheese squid balls. The soup we got came with wintermelon and chicken and it was delicious. I recommend anyone trying this restaurant for the first time to get it. The only thing I was unsatisfied was their lack of preparation. I booked a table for 11 people at 9:00

I recommend anyone trying this restaurant for the first time to get it. The only thing I was unsatisfied was their lack of preparation. I booked a table for 11 people at 9:00pm and they also called me that day to reconfirm. However, when we got to the restaurant, the lady told us we booked the table at 9:30. I can also see on the paper that she initially wrote down 8:30. But because we have not showed up at that time, she probably thought she misheard and put us down for 9:30. Because we came early, she told us she would put two small tables together. We were very reluctant but it seemed like there were no other choices. Eventually we had to wait till 9:30 for a table anyways but there were still no big table for us. It was a very uncomfortable dinner as we were eating elbow to elbow. Also, they ran out of satay sauce (how is that even possible for a hotpot restaurant)?! They also ran out of a lot of options on the menu such as their famous fish skin (which i highly recommend but it only comes in a few pieces). They also did not have any regular beef slices but the expensive ones featured on their website. They said the menu was old and these choices have not been available for a long time. The quality of the beef was good but I think they should update their menu so people don't waste their time deciding on what to order. Other than the terrible seating arrangement and not being able to order many things from the menu, the food is good and the employees had good attitude. They were quite apologetic about the situation. I would come back but next time I will triple check my reservation with them and be specific of what I want.
