I can prove the crab meat was fresh from the shells as i spitted out some broken shells for two times haha
The crepe wasnt the typical crepes that I fall for, this was a bit wheaty, lack of texture and went soggy (damaged by the sauce)
The mountain of ingredigents lying on top was superb, rich and lux
The white wine sauce ruined my crepe, luckily it tastes good, what can i say
Pan-seared scallops, soft and tender, but definitely not seasoned, a bit sad, can be tastier
Mushrooms, bacons and onions performed well as supporting characters
