A random dinner at a HK style “ice cafe”/“tea cafe” (冰室/茶餐廳) the other night. It was fairly busy and had lots of locals, which is usually a good sign 👍🏻.📍 Dragon City Cafe (龍城冰室)G/F, Way On Commercial Building, 500 Jaffe Rd, Causeway Bay.Let’s just say that its food is better than its environment. I mean it’s a HK style cafe, so don’t expect heaps in regard to ambiance/environment but the quality of the food and its value for money, is where these places show their strengths 💪🏻.This one is part

This one is part of a larger chain of hk style cafes, but it still delivers relatively good value for money and the food is pretty tasty too. I got the “Bbq pork & prawns in an egg style sauce on rice”. As you can see the portion size is pretty generous & there’s quiet a lot of pieces of the pork and prawns 👍🏻

Wifey got a “Curry Beef brisket & tension with rice” - but i forgot to take a pic 😅 the flavour was pretty good, the only downside was that she got 95% tendon and 1 piece of brisket lol 😂
