Good food, great restaurant

My wife and I have long heard about this restaurant. We decided to give it a try. Buffet price from Monday through Thursday was a little lower, costing us HK$488 per person plus 10% service charge, pricey: ( but quality and varieties of food were exceptional. They serve international cuisine, ranging from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, American to Italian food. They serve international cuisine, ranging from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, American to Italian food. We particularly like their fried jumbo tiger prawn which was freshly fried.  It was sweet and yet savory.  Nothing compared to freshly made prawn.  Prime rib was well prepared.  Slightly well done at the margin and yet very juicy and tasty in the center.  Selection of their dessert was insane.: P If you were seated at the table close to the window, you could enjoy the city view and harbor view, especially when they have the light show.
