The waitress refused to use pen and paper to record down our choices. Obviously, after given 3 simple food selections from a range of 7 total available options on the lunch menu, she forgot and ran back and forth to ask us what we ordered. That was still OK. What wasn't was when the food arrived: it wasn't what we ordered. We didn't choose that salad,

That was still OK. What wasn't was when the food arrived: it wasn't what we ordered. We didn't choose that salad, we asked for soup. We didn't choose that vegetarian pizza, we asked for the meaty one. And there wasn't even an apology, just a blank face with a frown.
So yeah. Don't go there unless you plan to bring your own pen and paper on which you yourself is responsible for writing down what you want.
