Wanted to go Corner Kitchen Cafe but found that it was closed for Christmas, we were so exhausted walking from mtr to Corner Kitchen so just visited the first shop came into our mind - Cedele.It was quite full with lots of ppl going in-and-out for take away cakes for Christmas. When we place our order only the Pandan Cheese Cake, Blueberry Maple Cake, Carrot Cakes & some christmas log cakes were available. The Pandan Cheese Cake was good with rich pandan favour. The cake was sponge type of cake but not too airy and was quite moist that I like, the cream cheese on top and at side were of the right potion and you can taste the pandan favour of the cake and creme cheese favour distintively.
The Carrot Cake was good too coz I like dense cake but not the very sponge type of cakes. It was moist, not too much cinnamon favour (that I dislike) and taste good!
The Truffle fries were quite oily and have a strange favour (not truffle favour I'm talking about). It was okay.
The tea we ordered were normal. Service was normal to bad, actually there seemed to be only two waitress for the whole shop and they were to busy to offer any service, & their attitude were kind of bad too… so I'd say the cakes worth your visit, just ignore the bad service on the face of the yummy cakes~
