Good food terrible service

After waiting for 40 minutes for a dish, which we were told required 30 minutes to prepare, we decided to call for the manager who informed us we just needed to wait. When we asked how long more, he impatiently asked if we wanted to be served a raw chicken. Five minutes later he sent his staff to let us know they had left out the order. No apology whatsoever - just stood at the cashier and pretended to be on his mobile. Never going here again!
