It's probably due to the record high hot weather leads to a poor appetite. Whenever thinking about where and what I shall have for dinner tonight, it could be spent half an hour struggling with Openrice or Eatery App but not reach conclusion. It has been the third time within two weeks having dumpling at Tin Kee Dumpling Restaurant. Apart from a few selections of snack dishes i.e. drunken chicken, drunken pork knuckle and marinate beef shank etc, the shop is mainly serving dumplings in soups or being fried. The selection of dumpling ingredients are minced chicken, pork, beef and lamb with different vegetables. My favourite is Asian Chives Pork Dumplings. Each portion will serve with 8 or 10 dumplings. There is no fancy condiments or sauces but to serve with brown vinegar as only dressing. Tasty indeed ! You must try.
Tin Kee is a tiny shop with less than 20 seating accommodation. During the dining hours you will have to queue at the shop front for 15 to 30 minutes. For those not be willing to wait for the long queue dining inside will rather go for take away.
