Restaurant: Saint's Alp Teahouse (The Westwood)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搵唔到西環寶翠園西寶城仙跡岩的獨立page, 唯有寫呢度啦.自上年下學期以來已經成日幫襯食dinner (次次因為太夜, 其他唔少鋪頭已經閂了門!!!), 而家轉去食tea, 發覺佢叫"Saint Alp's Teahouse" 真係無改錯名-- 食tea 比食正餐實在好好多.最鍾意係佢d 凍荔枝玉茶, 凍蜜柚點紅, Double Chocolate 雪葩同熱朱古力雪香; 另外跟餐的飲品個人就最鍾意飲茉香珍珠(凍/熱都ok). 不過唔知點解佢d 珍珠賣相愈來愈核突, 成日痴埋一pat, 又"林bad bad" 咁, 噁心d 講句, 有d 似"循環再用" 咁feel! >_< 搞到我而家已經完全唔想飲珍珠系列飲品-_-|||食過京麵(配雞翼或牛展), 係透明的河粉狀東西; 米線(米粉); 拉麵(配豬頸肉), 其實係公仔麵. 唔算好食, 又唔係難食, 只係湯底全線味精湯."筒仔米糕" 個名呃0左我, 仲以為係小食, 點知個size 超大, 直程係一隻酒樓糯米雞的1.5 倍-_-||| 食落幾好食, 有d 蝦米冬菇好香咁, 不過滯到不得了.串燒就食過魷魚同炭燒雞串.

串燒就食過魷魚同炭燒雞串. 朋友好鍾意叫炭燒雞串, 我就覺得一般; d 雞肉其實ok 滑, 但個人覺得d 汁實在太甜了, 又唔係次次都夠熱. 魷魚0個隻就非常油膩非常滯, 間唔中食一兩次就夠了.

厚多士就最常叫奶油同蒜蓉, 奇怪點解質素咁參差, 烘出來一係極靚極好食(麵包外脆內軟), 一係極"塔", 食落唔似有烘過. -_-||| Generally 覺得奶油0個隻整得好食d.

另外亦叫過鹵水蛋, 牛展同雞翼. 雞翼唔係鹵水, 是煎的, 都幾香, 食落又唔算油膩. 鹵水牛展... 話佢係樓上惠康買落來的現成貨我都信, 真係no comment. 鹵水蛋就真係... 味道同多士一樣質素參差(有時幾入味, 有時只係似烚蛋+ 一大pat 好稀的豉油!); 但賣相就長期核突, 蛋白同黃散晒的! >_<

Service 真係... 又係得啖笑. 無錯, 職業無分貴賤, 但不得不講句: 如果伙計們真係咁醒目, 使乜駐守0係個咁"摺埋" 的location 的分店? -_-|||
