Situated in Cheung Sha Wan, Taiwan Bowl is super busy around lunch time but we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes - very quick table turnover. There were options of either a bowl noodle or a set with main, veggies/soup and sides. We both opted for the set.

The noodles were softer than I’d like them to but tasted nice regardless. Veggies were fresh and reasonably seasoned. The other sides were also pretty good and authentic. With the drink included as well, this was a huge lunch and the price was not bad for value! (About $60-70@)
