biggg throwback to late dec when it was chillin' outside, it's always a good choice to get hot pots in winter, so our whole family came here for some snuggling and so.
we were gratified by the high-efficiency because there was a 20-minute guarantee to serve all orders, so the waiting was abbreviated.
we ordered a soup base of half-original and half-pickled, since i'm no trained spice foodie, at some point, the piquancy overloaded and that's why i ordered a sour plum drink to buffer against my numbed tongue because of the hot plus pickling tang. and wOw once i first sipped, the numbness died down outright. so i strongly recommend people with zero tolerance with spices like me to prepare cold water or so to cope with the hot yet relish soup base.
there's only a slight comment on the service: there was a lack of waiters, we asked them to top up the soup more than three times but they were too busy and we waited a while, but in general it was a fine meal. we were intensely stuffed but so satisfied!
