Korean people like congee because there are very similar food in Korea.  Seng Kee has really good congee and noodles. The taste is not heavy and healthy the topping is very delicious. The soy sauce with  ginger made the congee much better. The shop is not fancy but very fancy. It's not famous restaurant between Korean traveler but if you live or work in Sheung Wan you must try this local food.
