To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Kcal 新鮮 原味 不含味精 是我喜愛這裡的原因。今日點選了「焗夏威夷香煎美國豬阿波羅配意大利粉」午餐，選了甘筍薯仔忌廉湯，他們還會有飲品和甜品供應。甘筍薯仔忌廉湯非常好味，濃厚的忌廉湯顏色漂亮加上有薯仔蓉的口感，非常順滑連小朋友都愛。餐包是他們自家製的，香脆鬆軟，用心的包點。焗夏威夷香煎美國豬扒菠蘿配意大利粉 十分惹味，豬扒肉質稔滑配以蕃茄 菠蘿和芝士，焗得香香的，意粉質地和熟度剛剛好，醬汁酸酸甜甜很開胃。今日嘅甜品係朱古力蛋糕very good，香濃，少少的一件剛剛好。餐飲選了凍金桔青檸，大大杯，解渴又美味。其實在這裏用餐你會有賓至如歸的感覺，員工有禮又親切，好讚。
