Seriously dislike the fact that Basehall is using disposable containers for dine-in. If you’re going to charge high prices for high-minded food, then at least provide proper bowls and plates which don’t create more waste. Even if it’s recyclable waste. 雨天懶得離開有蓋地區,下午兩點半,想着應該沒幾個人,可以舒舒服服堂食。
誰知Basehall走極保守路線,八人桌坐兩人,還要隔枱,所以居然有六七人排隊進場。
幸好我已在網上下單,立刻可以取。
價格固然是太貴,是地價政策的錯,不入餐廳的帳。
湯底很有誠意,比一般有深度。撲面而來的椰香加上海的鮮味,而且溫度很熱。麵是一種像瀨粉和米線混合體的麵,好咬口。料:這種blood cockles一般在東南亞才能吃到,對上一次是新加坡大排檔麵攤,這裏用上算是很有心。蝦也不錯,小小但肉是實在的,不是養蝦場好像泵水撐肥的口感。雞肉沒什麼特別。豆腐卜有點乾,應該放湯裏多煮一會兒。
懶惰不想走遠又不想吃快餐/不知名肉類的話是過得去的選擇。
