20 months aged parma ham pizza with Buffalo mozzarella. 😍 Definitely ask for the crust to be browner. They gave me a glass of Prosecco as a welcome drink! So sweet!This pizza was pretty decent overall.🍕 Crust was crisp and light. It wasn't too tough and chewy like other places I've tried. I prefer crusts like this over bready pizzas. 🍕 Tomato sauce was really good! Just the right amount. 👌 it tasted fresh and juicy.
🍕 Ham I don't really know how to differentiate good from really good ham. It was good. I'm not a hammy person but I thought I'd try something different today.
🍕 cheese was quite light and I barely noticed its presence. Definitely overpowered by the ham but buffalo mozzarella has a very mild taste to begin with. I don't really mind since the ham and tomato sauce was good but I wish there was a little more cheese or a little more variety of cheeses. (I personally like more flavorful cheeses)
Would come back to try other pizza flavors 👌
Oh, I also had their traditional Tiramisu. Tasted quite mild and definitely needed a thicker layer of biscuit dipped in espresso. Good for people who prefer mild flavors. It was just ok for me.
