Met my friends on Saturday and wanted to have a light meal before the meeting and found this place.Ordered 雜菇(?)雞絲腸, which was said to be made upon order. The quality is good, smooth and tasty. However, it was only "warm". I am not sure whether it is because of the soybean sauce, or it was really made to order. It was $10 for each of the dish. I ended up paying $20.
