Today is our Special Day , my sweetheart Kenny asked me out for dinner. Actually he has made a reservation at EL dining, a restaurant which I expect to go for.EL Dining is at Wanchai. We were seated by window. The night scene there was really good.We started with the soup, an oyster bisque. Oyster was blended together with crème and stock. It tasted really silky and full of oyster flavor. I love this soup very much.My starter was Chicken Ceasar Salad. Vegetables were so fresh and green. A waitre

The night scene there was really good. We started with the soup, an oyster bisque.

It tasted really silky and full of oyster flavor.
I love this soup very much. My starter was Chicken Ceasar Salad.
Vegetables were so fresh and green.
A waitress told me they were all from organic farms.
No wonder they tasted different from the ordinary one.
But the chicken was a bit overcooked. It was not that tender.
But if you goes with a really good extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar,
that the restaurant provided,
the taste was inspired. Then it came the portebello mushroom. It was stuffed with basil and tomato sauce. The mushroom was so big, you have to use knife to cut it into pieces, just feel like you were enjoying a steak. It was so juicy, and It goes very well with the sauce. And my main was lamb chop. I asked for medium rare., and it was just perfect.
The meat were so tender and soft. When the main came,
I told Kenny I may share some with him. But finally I finished all the three pieces because it was so tasty.
I cannot forget the special day that Kenny prepare this special dinner for me. Wine tastes good and worthy to try .
I really can feel tonight is so special for me and him too.
