It's time for Mother's Day. We were having an early Mother's Day lunch last sunday. After having heavy rain for several days, sunshine came finally. A group of 6 arrived the restaurant at 12 pm. The waiter arranged us a table in the VIP room. There were a big screen and a piano inside the room. Along the wall was a huge wine cabinet. For the main course, we ordered spaghetti with Iberico ham, chicken roll and steak. All were good. Iberico ham delighted my palate. The mashed potato inside the chicken roll was yummy and rich in texture. Steak was relatively unremarkable but still, it tasted good. While waiting for the main course, we decided to start the dessert. Tiramisu was the best that I ever had in HK. Another must-try item was their home-made ice-cream. Other desserts, like panna cotta, blueberry cheesecake and creme brulee, gave no surprise.
The semi-buffet here was really good. I am sure that I will come for a second time.
