At Nabe, there are a few all-you-can-eat options and the difference is mainly in the quality of the meat. However, I personally couldn't tell much difference between the the two lowest cost options.
Anyway, there were quite a few things you could use to make sauce with and they have lots of veggie options (even have kale, purple potato and cordyceps).
Their beef is quite good too. Only problem would be that soup base are quite bland, but I guess that's why their sauce bases are good.
And 90 mins is enough time to get yourself stuffed lol
