It's my first time there, and I'm little bit piss off by the waiter there.We arrived there at ~20:00, and the place is almost full. We are seated next to a table of foreigners, and the waiter who came to serve my table even forgot to gives us snack and drink, as he was too busy to serve the table next to us.1. Change dirty plates 3-4 times during the hour;2. Divide the dishes for them;3. Clean the foreigner's face with the paper napkins.To be honest, I think their managment should have a check u

1. Change dirty plates 3-4 times during the hour;
2. Divide the dishes for them;
3. Clean the foreigner's face with the paper napkins.
To be honest, I think their managment should have a check up on the service there as I'm feeling a little of race discrimination there. This may be an isolated case, but this is really giving me a very bad impression of the restaurant during my dinner over there.
Food is ok, but the service to me is far below par. I would rather rate them -ves if I'm allowed.
