Well known 1🌟 Michelin beef restaurant located in Central.Overall, good services but nothing too impressive for the food. It is rather disappointing that they dont offer dry aged steak.Had the signature beef tartare($250), i especially likes their touch of egg yolk on the top and their attention to details which they separated the dish into an equal portion for us. 🍔And for the mini burger we had the japanese wagyu beef patty and foie gras, however the portion is way too small for charging $180,

🥩🥩For the main dish, i had taken some advices from the waiter to go for the hanging tender ($360) and rib eye cap ($620). The hanging tender is a bit of a surprise given that it tasted somewhat similar to a dry aged steak. As for the rib eye cap, it is slightly juicer and had a richer and thicker texture in comparison. They offer a wide range of choices for steak sauce and mustard which pairs perfectly with their steaks.
