Most of Japanese ramen restaurants require customers to long queue in.  For me, I do not like waiting long queue to have my meal. Having a meal is to be enjoyable, not going to use up all energy and time to have a few minutes of happiness. I always try to bump in and see if no queue to get it. Anyway, it's my personal habit. By chance, I could try the soybean ramen with pork, because it is just opening. The soup is a little bit oily but sweet and rich. It's nice while accompanying with hard text

烏骨雞拉麵龍 = 豚王>一風堂 > 麵屋一平安 > 山頭火 >魂 >Agura東京ラーメン
