Good steak but long wait😕

We booked this restaurant through a discounted app, but waited for nearly an hour to have the first dish...to be honest, the salad and the steak was good, with the different selections for this mixed grill along with two additional sides. But we have waited for more than an hour to eat, very unexpected in Hong Kong. Although the staffs are really nice, they knew we waited for a long time loll won’t come back again....but maybe lunch is different?
