Yesterday, I decided to discover BIG FERNAND, new restaurant of French hamburger. First things, the concept is really attractive, full of humour : all burgers are named with old French first name, staff is dressed like farmers with mustache.I tried "Le Bartholomé" : a beef burger with raclette cheese, bacon, caramelised onions and home-made sauces.It was delicious, beef was really perfectly cooked same as asked, and thanks to the raclette cheese we can understand it is real French hamburger ! One bad things, I was quite happy to tried traditional lemonade "the elixir of Archibald" but they were out of stock so one good reason for coming back and tried an other burger and lemonade !
