Today's the opening day for this stall situated on the ground level of a 3 level mall. The stall is easy to spot because it's just at the front of the mall. There's so many drinks to choose from I didnt know what to pick. They have their top drinks plastered if your lost like me.I ended up choosing their handmade Wintermelon drink. Service in the beginning was good but I'm unsatisfied in the end that they didn't call my number to let me know that my drink was ready. I actually noticed a cup used
I ended up choosing their handmade Wintermelon drink. Service in the beginning was good but I'm unsatisfied in the end that they didn't call my number to let me know that my drink was ready. I actually noticed a cup used for hot drinks sitting at the counter and ignored that because my drink is a cold one. After a good 5 minutes, my number was called. I'm surprised my cold drink is in this cup. Customer service needs to be improved. Or they could add a counter call if the staff doesn't want to call out the order numbers.
Anyway, drink was good. There was even a coupon being handed out. Buy 1 get the 2nd at 50% off. Even without the coupon, the drink was worth every dollar. Looking forward to try their drinks over this Christmas holiday !
