Being a tofu fa lover I've wanted to try this place for a while...

I arrived and knew what i want even though they serve many other traditional chinese desserts.

The tofu curd arrived shiny, with a yellowish syrup on top. The tofu was very smooth and soft, and I was able to taste the soybeans except compared to the Des Voeux Rd version, it wasn't as strong in taste - which was expected since it was much less dense and smoother than the Des Voeux Rd one. This also meant it was lighter and much less filling... The syrup tasted like melted 'peen-tong' and was sweeter than the regular syrup which I didn't like, as I prefer to be able to pick how sweet I want it... Other than that, pretty good =)
