Located right at the exit of Shatin MTR Station. Good for grabbing Korean food with limited budget. Was tempted by their salted oyster which I've never tried. The salted raw oysters were plump, silky, creamy and with strong ocean flavor (I personally love it, but I know not everyone may appreciate this flavor). On top of the rice, there were also a pan-fried egg, lettuce, seaweed and mayonnaise. Not the typical toppings you may find in other bibimbap, but to me, this combination was quite perfect. Despite the sauce was vividly red, it was not spicy at all.

Kimbaps were made to order. Thin layer of rice surrounding the rich stuffings, including the sliced beef, cucumber, pickled radish, carrots and egg. It was still tasted good even after I left it several hours as another meal. And the aroma from the sesame oil was definitely making this kimbap tasted more authentic. Just one personal opinion, which is I prefer the cucumber to be replaced by spinach to creat a more consistant texture of the kimbap.

Simple but such a comforting food. The soup is always the focus of this dish. Aromatic and warm, especially good during the recent humid and cool weather.

Wanted to order the Seafood Pancake but it's only available at dinner time, so I had the kimchi one instead. Tasted good, but my only complaint was their not unified texture, one was having thr perfect crispy edge with soft center, but another piece was quite soggy.
