Lovely home-style cantonese foodOld fire pork and carrot soup pretty good. 玫瑰太后雞- great texture, fresh not frozen. Soy sauce subtle and sweet. Tofu+fish balls- The minced fish meat stuck together with the tofu quite well. Texture springy, fish flavourful. Sauce was slightly thick but overall good dish.煎脆肉餅- pork with diced water chestnut and anchovies, stesamed then fried. 煎脆肉餅- pork with diced water chestnut and anchovies, stesamed then fried. Very delicious, went very well with the slightly sour worcester sauce.
Fried green vegetables (dou miao) with garlic nicely done, the least oily I have ever seen, practically steamed. Healthy.
Steaming hot bowls of rice with the grains beautifully separate and fragrant.
Reasonably comfortable (no backs to the chairs though), service ok (too many customers), doing good business.
