I have tried many Hainan chicken in HK and not found one which I like. This is not authentic, as it is thai style but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken has been de-boned so perfect for a lazy person like me. The rice is not as oily as what you usually get which suits me as well. For HK$39, I find it good value for money.
