Came here on a Friday night. The place was packed and we had to wait a few minutes for a table. You order at the counter at the entrance and wait for your number to be called. Took around 10 minutes for food to be ready. It was my first time here so I asked for recommendations. B set meal (Char Siu Rice) - $47 Came with a soup or drink (there are two soup options - Chinese and Western soup, and the typical drinks such as coffee or lemon tea). I chose the cream potato soup
I thought the char siu itself was quite salty and hence did not really use the dipping sauce provided. But overall, the meal was delicious and flavourful. I came here with meat eating friends who also enjoyed the food. I think that this is a great deal because it comes with a big bowl of rice, a soup and the veggies which were very filling.
Almond Cake - $27 A super delicious cake! Would not have thought it was vegan if I did not get it from here
One issue I had with the restaurant however, is the decor. There was a mirror which made all of my friends feel uncomfortable (similar to those optical illusion mirrors). We tried not to look at it.
Overall, would recommend Loving Hut for reasonably priced food that tastes good
