Arguably the hottest new cafe opening, read a lot of positive reviews so decided to give it a go. A simple neat open space surprisingly work friendly with wifi, sockets and washroom. Baked Louisiana cajun chicken leg $125
Chicken leg served in a cafe is somehow a novelty, and for a dish that requires 30mins preparation and costing $125, it has a lot to live up to. It’s indeed very succulent and tender but the skin is not crispy at all. The sauce looks so vibrant yet failed to deliver in flavor, it only has a subtle red pepper aroma but generally quite bland. The cajun seasoning on the chicken skin is just a light touch without any punch. I can easily find tastier chicken leg at cha chaan teng 3 times cheaper.

oma hotdog $85
The house-made black sesame bun has nice flavor, texture is neither soft or firm, would’ve preferred slightly more toasted. Juicy smoky sausages crying for more of the tasty sun-dried tomatoes and mustard sauce. Pumpkin soup was okay (still relatively bland). The side salad is rather pathetic with just a few pieces of baby spinach and two raw cherry tomatoes... come on could put a little more love with the salad?

Caramel pudding $45
Their pudding is so creamy with a firm texture, not the wobbly type, but it’s rich and the brown caramel is full of toffee aroma. Simple and satisfying sweet treat.

Flat white $45
Single origin chocolate $55
Their drinks though are outstanding. Flat white has a distinct lychee aroma. The single origin chocolate is a real mood booster, it’s the richest and most decadent one I’ve tasted with a fruity aftertaste. The thick gooey consistency almost make me feel like drinking a cup of chocolate sauce, well in the pleasurable way.
