I liked the place before but that folded during the pandemic. This place is very different to the last one but I feel this place is more tuned in with the neighbourhood.

The service is quite good, ambience is good, very local with the TV screens playing news during yum char, very local, I like it.

The price is quite reasonable given the location and the food is good. If anything needs improving, it may be perhaps can tone down a bit on the saltiness. Otherwise, it is fine. I especially liked how they keep your water warmed so I don't have to sit there drinking cold tea.

The other really great thing is, because it is located in the Xiqu Centre, it is fully accessible with elevators connecting everything and it is also directly accessible from Austin Station which will be great when we get to typhoon season.
