It has been a bookmarked for quite a long time and finally we had a chance to try the high tea in TWG Tea. We arrived at around 2:40 and were informed that tea time would be started at 3pm. As a renowned Tea shop, there were loads of tea to choose from. I think over 200-300 types as shown on the drink menu, unbelievable! We decided to seek advice from the staff. At last I tried the 1837 Black Tea which was the renowned signature tea. The 1837 tea was mellow and aromatic with a lingering aftertaste of fruits and flowers

The tea set looked so nice!
The Canapes and Patisseries were of high standard. The Matcha red bean opera cake was my favourite! The portion was just right for two girls.

We could freely choose scones or muffins. We both chose scones. It tasted great with the Tea WG jelly and whipped cream!

One disappointed thing is that the staff would not refill water for the tea proactively. You need to ask them to refill for you every time.
