It's actually a foggy day but we are so relaxed after doing all the touristy things with my visiting friend walking the hiking path, taking pictures, buying souvenirs and then sitting comfortably soaking in Hong Kong's greenery and concrete landscape is a real treat.
I always like Cafe Deco as the food is decent and versatile and the place is like a Peak landmark for over a decade. We cheer our happy Sunday with Prosecco and pizza. I crave pizza so I order Capricciosa as there will be meat for my friend. It's filone topped with tomatoes, spicy salami, Italian cooked ham, artichoke, mushrooms and really creamy cheese. We love it. My friend tells me that this pizza is indeed his favorite kind, that's nice.

And then we have Rosé to go with his Linguine Vongole. It tastes so fine with Cloudy Bay diamond clams, garlic, tomatoes, spring onion and dry-vermouth butter sauce. I think there's olive oil in the mix too.

Instead of ordering a third glass as he suggests, we share Fauchon's Mille Feuille with Bourbon vanilla pastry cream so that he can have his coffee. The coffee connoisseur considers his plain coffee good without complaining while the caramelized pastry is puffy and crispy but the cream could be richer.

We really have an awesome day with awesome food and awesome views and service is so readily present and unobtrusive. We could have lingered a bit longer but it's about time to visit Madame Tussaud's as I have booked the tickets already.
