Restaurant staff wasn't properly trained on how to handle customer queues. We were told there was gonna be a waiting time, but the waiter couldn't tell us how long so we went for a stroll for 30 mins. When we came back another waiter told us we missed our number and wanted us to take another and start from the end of the queue again, we had to talk to someone to just give us the next table available.Food wise it was horrible the best looking dishes will only be seen in the photos in the menu. Food wise it was horrible the best looking dishes will only be seen in the photos in the menu. I ordered a katsudon that turned out to just be four ingredients: rice, onion, egg, katsu (which looked microwaved) cooked separately and assembled with no mingling of flavors. The onion wasn't even softened properly and tasted acidic instead of sweet, the egg wasn't semi runny and cooked from the residual heat and was instead browned from being cooked on a stove (not how katsudon is made).

The food isn't exactly horrible, but the quality of the food is something you expect to pay $47 for at a franchise ramen restaurant as opposed to the $99 i spent.
