今次個menu 係參考日劇grand maison Tokyo (木村嗰套)第一個小食系menu無既魚子醬海膽多士⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️個魚子醬好香,呢個小食個精華系個魚子醬🤤,海膽味俾魚子醬搶左😫,所以唔算好岀蟹肉烤玫瑰花批⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨配酒 :La reserve d estoublon rose2019玫瑰花瓣有輕輕烤過,會聞到淡淡既玫瑰花香,蟹肉好鮮甜!🤤個餅底有放海苔,食到海苔、紫菜嗰類既味,另外支rose係偏淡身既,配完野食再飲係有厚左既感覺🤤Prawn with herbal Cous cous⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️配酒:Rose nicolay 2019未食過cous cous,幾得意,好似食緊小米既感覺,配埋蝦肉食,味道會重dd。支酒vivino4.1分,呢支rose比前一支厚,同道菜match,不過就唔覺有互相加乘烤焗響螺配沙律⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨配酒:Riesling Grand cru rangen 2009本身應該用海膽,不過依家唔當造,就用左螺。螺肉同蟹肉一齊焗,好香,蟹肉d鮮味好岀,好重,螺肉食到係爽口,不過螺肉應該偏清甜,係俾蟹肉d味cover左d,可能配返海膽會正d,期待下次食既係配海膽🤤呢道

呢道菜重味,配返支重口味d既Riesling ,支酒好豐富草本味,少少礦物味,唔會俾道菜搶左d味,反而中和返少少草本味,容易多少少入口

因為我唔想全晚飲白酒rose😂
配酒:Regnie grain & granit 2018
個鵪鶉有驚喜!有少少似食緊乳鴿,比一般食既乳鴿嫩滑d,少油d,只係我覺得個份量細d,想食多d😂
支酒係偏薄身,tannic少,都幾酸既紅酒,食完再飲,支酒係會厚身左,同埋無咁酸。

配酒:Domaine Boucabeille Rivesaltes Ambre Hors d'Age(fortified wine)
甜品既橙味好岀,酸酸甜甜咁,配埋支加烈酒,2個都甜,夾埋黎食反而中和返d,2個都會無咁甜,對於我呢啲唔太好甜既人黎講,正🤤🤤🤤

我最like甜品同甜酒個match🤤
