We had a simple brunch recently at Big Fish.It was pretty much a random pick looking around for a place to have lunch. It was still quite early but there many people already having lunch or brunch so “why not?” and we went in.The waitress was very welcoming. We ordered eggs benedict and shakshuka and …mojitos to start! The mojitos appeared quickly and were excellent (side note: If you like gin fizz, try Ping Pong 129!! We ordered eggs benedict and shakshuka and …mojitos to start!
The mojitos appeared quickly and were excellent
(side note: If you like gin fizz, try Ping Pong 129!! I think it’s the best in HK).
Then our plates showed up.
The shakshuka was a new experience, but an excellent one. A good combination of everything.
That is clearly something we will order again.
We saw HUGE appealing burgers going to a nearby table.
The apple crumble dessert was good too.
Bottomline: Excellent food while it was a simple casual brunch.
Service: Great. Attentive, timely, quick, friendly.
The place is nice and comfortable. Maybe the AC was too strong, so we had to pick our table wisely.
Value for money: Very good.
Conclusion:
We will come back and recommend that place.
Other Info. :
The shakshuka is a must try!
