I have been to many different boutique cafés and chain coffee shops in Hong Kong, and Winston's Coffee is by far the best. I usually get a latté and a bacon and egg bap (if they have them), and I am always satisfied. Their espresso is rich and well-brewed, their cappuccinos are nicely balanced, and their coffee is far better than your average HK cafe's.The space is a bit small, but quite nice. Winston's has windows that open upward near the back of the shop to a view of an assortment of plants,

The space is a bit small, but quite nice. Winston's has windows that open upward near the back of the shop to a view of an assortment of plants, while there is a convenient ordering window to the front where you may order from the sidewalk for convenient take-away or outdoor consumption.
The baristas at Winston's are friendly and have great attitudes, which is quite refreshing considering the temperament of most cafés in Hong Kong.
Winston's Coffee is delicious and hip. Check them out, because there is nothing quite like that first sip...
