Hey guys! Love your coffees. But can I suggest you really get tough on the seating at your APM branch? You have a lot of random people sitting there at your coffee space thinking it’s public seating. Those who genuinely bought a coffee could not get a seat. I understand your staff are polite and don’t want to shoo away potential customers but after witnessing all the nice and politeness asking them to please order a coffee, they all just ignore and continue to sit without purchasing coffee. I understand your staff are polite and don’t want to shoo away potential customers but after witnessing all the nice and politeness asking them to please order a coffee, they all just ignore and continue to sit without purchasing coffee. This deters your customers from enjoying their blooms coffees at the blooms seating area.
Put a staff member there or actual barriers or have bigger clearer signs to say it’s only for customers who have purchased a coffee and those who haven’t will be asked to leave.
You’re paying rental space to APM for it- use it to your advantage.
