Yat Tung Heen is a cheaper option (by about 30%) with better quality dim sum and service than City Hall. They do not have trollies being pushed around the restaurant, so that would be the one draw back. That said, on the weekend, getting a table is easy, the server visits regularly, and the food is served warm and fast.
