An exquisite experience at the new Wuliangye restaurant, a great initiative by the famous Chinese liquor #五糧液 . Ultimate privacy from each dining room, attentive service & great food too. 1) “Tai Chi” pan fried crispy noodle served with sugar and black vinegar 太極黃金煎麵 $238. The look itself is appetising , crispy & aromatic, not too oily, well done 👍🏻 2) Braised Chiuchow platter 滷水拼盤 . Lovely, especially the goose liver 鵝肝, so smooth & delicious, very well braised!3) Deep fried shredded radish dum

3) Deep fried shredded radish dumpling 蘿蔔千絲酥 $125. This is SO GOOD! Definitely a must eat. All dimsums are made-to-order! The dumpling skin was so delicate that it literally melted in my mouth on first bite 👍🏻
4) Steamed Chiu Chow dumpling 🥟 潮州粉果 $125. Will give it a rating of 3/5, it’s ok but nothing special.
5) Deep fried minced shrimps dumpling 傳統炸蝦棗 $160. It’s an ok dish but not spectacular.
6) Deep fried Pu-Ning beancurd, freshly delivered from Puning to HK daily 炸普寧豆腐 $168. A very enjoyable dish, again not too oily!
7) Stewed bitter melon with pork belly in casserole 黑毛豬排骨苦瓜煲 $198
8) ancient shark fin (Btown shark) 古法紅燒魚翅 (五洋片) $550. One of the highlights of today’s meal. Excellent dish!
